Kristy Moore is the founder of Kristy Moore Consulting, a coaching practice grounded in deep presence, proven transformational methodologies, and decades of real-world leadership experience. Her work integrates performance, emotional intelligence, and nervous-system regulation to support leaders operating in high-pressure, human-centered environments.
Kristy is certified in Tony Robbins–Madanes Total Breakthrough Training and Women-Centered Coaching with Dr. Claire Zammit. As a Teacher of Presence trained by Eckhart Tolle, she brings an awareness-based approach that emphasizes clarity, self-regulation, and sustainable change. Kristy is also certified as a Teacher of Primordial Sound Meditation, and in Ayurveda Nutrition, Medicine, and Lifestyle. Her training includes the four pillars of Life Coaching: discovering purpose, clarifying intention, understanding the meaning we assign to experience, and working skillfully with the shadow self.
Before transitioning into coaching, Kristy spent years in the hospitality industry as both an operator and owner. She and her husband owned and ran a large, full-service catering company serving a wide range of clients, from intimate private dinners, including a private dinner for a U.S. president, to large-scale events such as NASCAR and PGA Tour tournaments. She later became a partner in El Chorro Lodge in Paradise Valley, Arizona, an iconic destination known for high-capacity special events and a thriving, high-volume restaurant operation.
This rare combination of transformational training and deep operational experience allows Kristy to support individuals and teams across the food and beverage industry, from C-suite leaders to front-and back-of-house professionals. She understands both the internal demands of leadership and the external realities of service, making her work practical, credible, and deeply attuned to the environments her clients navigate every day.
