Kristy Moore is the founder of Kristy Moore Consulting, a coaching practice grounded in deep presence, proven transformational methodologies, and decades of real-world leadership experience. Her work integrates performance psychology, emotional intelligence, and nervous-system regulation to support leaders operating in high-pressure, human-centered environments within the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Often described as a force of nature, Kristy belongs to the pioneering generation of women who carved their place in leadership long before it was common. Known for her fearless spirit, strong standards, and unwavering dedication to excellence, she built a respected career in one of the most demanding industries there is.

As the visionary behind Continental Catering, Kristy introduced corporate and concession catering at Phoenix International Raceway and became the inaugural catering company at the Phoenix Open, when it moved from Phoenix Country Club to the Scottsdale TPC Scottsdale. Her ability to innovate under pressure and scale operations in complex environments set her apart in the competitive food and beverage landscape.

She later partnered with her husband, Tim, and Jacquie Dorrance to purchase the iconic El Chorro Lodge in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Over 11 successful years, she helped preserve and elevate the landmark’s legacy while overseeing high-capacity events and a thriving restaurant operation before the partners sold the business along with 11 acres of adjoining land.

After selling her catering company and later El Chorro, Kristy felt called toward a different kind of leadership—one focused not on operations alone, but on the people carrying them. She devoted years to deep study and training, becoming certified in Tony Robbins–Madanes Total Breakthrough Training and Women-Centered Coaching with Dr. Claire Zammit. As a Teacher of Presence trained by Eckhart Tolle, she integrates awareness-based practices that cultivate clarity, self-regulation, and sustainable change. Her training also includes the core pillars of life coaching: discovering purpose, clarifying intention, understanding the meaning assigned to experience, and working skillfully with the shadow self.

Kristy’s rare blend of operational leadership and transformational training allows her to support individuals and teams across the food and beverage industry, from C-suite executives to front-and back-of-house professionals. She understands both the internal demands of leadership and the external realities of service. Her coaching is practical, credible, and grounded in lived experience.

Kristy doesn’t teach leadership from theory. She teaches leaders how to regulate themselves under pressure, because when leaders change how they hold stress, entire teams operate differently.
